Full Stack Manager

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Manager to join our Team. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll join to code and lead engineers in an empowered product squad. You’ll play a big part in architecting and developing the company's system and our applications stack and work with the team to plan, shape, and deliver impactful outcomes.

As a leader in the team, you are expected to work in one box with your product manager and lead designer and grow the engineers personally and professionally.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience working as a Full-Stack or Front-End Developer in product-centric companies.
A thoughtful problem solver - see a problem, understand the context, and work towards a clean solution.
Strong product mastery: put users at the center - empathy and patience to understand our users needs and expectations and the balance between product, sales, and operations.
Experience cultivating engineering practices and processes—e.g., code review, incident management, continuous deployment—where they didn't exist or scale before.
led or managed engineering teams at startups before, particularly during periods of rapid growth and organizational change.
BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or any related subject.
