Paralegal for Trademark and Patent Department

We are looking for a Paralegal to join us.

*Responsibilities*

Corresponding with clients and public entities (in Hebrew and English), conducting audits and follow-ups on client files, prioritizing tasks, maintaining order and accuracy, working with various interfaces, updating data in systems, sending reminders, and generating invoices.

*Requirements*

Experience in client account management/complex administrative roles.

Bachelor’s degree (advantage).

Native Hebrew speaker with high-level English proficiency.

High verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to order and accuracy, attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.
