Engineering Team Lead

Requirements:

6+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
Strong experience building large-scale, complex applications.
Strong background in data models/structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and knowledge of development best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
Experience with Docker and AWS is a plus.
Fluency with Javascript & TypeScript is a plus.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance, technical support, and career development.
Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our product suite, ensuring scalability and quality.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to craft world-class experiences.
Drive the technical vision and set engineering priorities for your team.
Take part in the early stages of the product lifecycle, shaping the future of our products and architecture.
Help define and implement best practices for software development, architecture, and team processes.
Collaborate with other engineering managers and leadership to ensure alignment with company-wide goals and initiatives.
