Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Implementer

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Implementer to join a leading integration company and take part in complex, high-visibility projects across Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud environments.

Responsibilities:

Implement business processes in Salesforce Core, including building Flows, process automations, and advanced configurations.
Build and manage customer journeys using Journey Builder within Marketing Cloud.
Work with Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder on a daily basis.
Manage and optimize Data Extensions, segmentations, and marketing activity analysis.
Gather business requirements, create functional and technical specifications, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, analytics, and external stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve existing processes.

REQUIREMENTS
~2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Core.
~2 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder & Studios).
Proven experience with Flows, automations, and process implementation.
Strong knowledge of SQL – significant advantage.
Understanding of marketing processes, customer lifecycle, and marketing automation best practices – strong plus.
Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and drive solutions across multiple interfaces.
Strong analytical thinking and system-level understanding.
