Senior Backend Software Engineer

VYBS is a gaming loyalty platform where players discover awesome games and earn rewards while playing them. We're looking for a software engineer to join our core team and help build systems that scale.

What you'll do

Build the backend of our large scale consumer app.
Build our internal ad bidding system- matching users to offers in real time.
Collaborate with data engineering to build big data infrastructure to process billions of data points per day.
Collaborate with data science to build infrastructure to train and run realtime ML models.
Our tech stack includes Go, Python, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Snowflake and more.

Requirements:

5+ years hands on backend software engineering experience.
Experience with at least one statically typed language- Golang, Java, Scala, C#, Rust or other.
Experience working with a cloud provider like AWS.
Availability to work at our Tel Aviv office for five days a week (with some flexibility according to personal constraints).
Preferred- Early employee at a startup in the b2c, gaming or adtech domains.
Preferred- Experience working with Claude Code or similar tools.
