International Business Development & Marketing Manager

A software development company that specialises in a unique system for surveillance, defense and homeland security is looking for an International Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their office in Hod HaSharon.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business and marketing strategies for electro-optical systems.

- Lead targeted marketing campaigns to engage potential clients and secure new orders.

- Drive sales growth through strategic partnerships and client relationship management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in international marketing and sales within the defense sector (mandatory).

- Experience in electro-optics or aviation is a significant advantage.

- Demonstrated success in managing or leading large-scale marketing and business development initiatives.

- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (mandatory).

- Ability to work effectively in an integrated, matrix environment.

- Strong team player with a systems-level perspective.

- Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

- Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
