You’ll be responsible not only for technical execution, but also for hiring, mentoring, and shaping a high-performing team. We work on-site from our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose.This is a hands-on leadership role - you’ll guide architecture and execution while actively building your team and ensuring technical excellence.ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureTake an active role in hiring and scaling the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingDrive the design and implementation of core product features across backend and frontendOwn end-to-end delivery of features, from ideation to productionCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teamsDefine and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architectureRequirements6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead roleProven experience leading and growing engineering teamsExperience working on complex, production-grade systemsStrong proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, Vue\React and PostgreSQL.Proven ability to design scalable systems and deliver high-quality productsStrong communication and collaboration skillsNice to HaveExperience with AI/ML or LLM-based applicationsExperience working with B2B or enterprise customersExperience in fast-paced startup environmentsExperience building and scaling teams in early-stage companiesBackground in building end-to-end or customer-facing products
