Requirements:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or BSc in Industry Engineering and Management from a reputable university.
Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in Engineering or Program Management.
Ability to understand complex multidisciplinary programs, build a strategic vision, and dive into the details while meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated technical orientation, excellence in analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across all functional areas of an organization.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly accountable with exceptional task management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive product development schedules for multidisciplinary projects, ensuring well-defined milestones.
Manage and track program schedules, technical issues, and KPIs. Negotiate priorities against project plans to ensure timely delivery of key internal and external deliverables.
Implement effective change control, development reviews, and other product development processes.
Efficiently manage resource allocation for funded projects and other R&D activities.
Provide regular status updates on projects with clear owners and actionable items.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in multidisciplinary companies.
Familiarity with Radar/Communication Technology and Chipset experience.
JIRA administration expertise.
Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO26262 and A-Spice.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience in Agile as a Product Owner or Scrum Master.
