About The Position

mPrest Defense is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Team Lead for a significant and challenging role, tailored for professionals with deep knowledge and experience in infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities
Managing and leading the cybersecurity team, including professional mentoring and personal development of team members
Leading risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability mitigation processes
Overseeing the operation of EDR, NAC, WAF, Proxy, content filtering, and email security systems
Managing and maintaining firewall systems and additional communication infrastructure
Securing cloud environments and Microsoft 365, including OS and application protection
Deploying and upgrading cybersecurity solutions in complex environments

The role includes a combination of hands-on technical work and managerial responsibilities.

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity
Minimum 2 years of managerial experience leading cybersecurity/infrastructure teams
Ability to implement security policies and procedures
Extensive experience with network equipment – switches, routers, firewalls – preference for CCNA, CCSA certifications
Strong knowledge of WAF, DLP, VPN, Proxy, EDR technologies
Significant experience working with Windows/Linux servers
Familiarity with security risk management and information security standards
Security clearance – a major advantage
