HSL is seeking a professional SMT Team Leader to manage production lines and lead the team.
Requirements:
Academic qualification as an Electronics or Industrial & Management Engineer/Technician.
Several years of managerial experience on SMT lines.
Knowledge of quality issues and their resolution.
Experience operating Samsung SMT machines – an advantage.
Experience with AOI, SPI, and X-RAY systems.
Familiarity with IPC-610 / J-STD-001 standards and ability to write test procedures.
Ability to read and understand technical English.
Experience troubleshooting assembly line issues – an advantage.
Responsible, persistent, professional, and high work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Manage SMT production lines and lead the team of operators.
Plan machine placement and ensure production targets are met.
Operate, monitor, and define processes on the lines.
Collaborate daily with Production, Engineering, and Quality departments.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support.
Lead continuous improvement projects, cost reduction initiatives, productivity enhancement, and line optimization.
