We are seeking an experienced *Real Estate Development Director* to lead property development projects from planning to completion. This role will oversee project execution, manage teams, and ensure developments meet business objectives.

* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders

* Proven experience in real estate development or project management
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
