Senior Operational Enablement Manager

The Senior Operational Enablement Manager will drive operational efficiency and empower client-facing teams by developing scalable enablement content, optimizing workflows, and ensuring access to essential tools and knowledge. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact across the organization.

About The Role

Collaboration & Strategy:

Work with Sales, RevOps, and various stakeholders to align enablement strategies with business objectives.
Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify training requirements and gaps across teams.
Support change management initiatives for process updates and tool rollouts.
Clearly document and communicate workflow changes across teams.

Content Development & Delivery:

Create scalable enablement resources, including curriculums, microlearning modules, and on-demand materials.
Utilize tools like Camtasia, Rise, and Genially to produce engaging and impactful content.
Design and deliver live training sessions (virtual and in-person) to ensure the adoption of tools, workflows, and best practices.
Regularly maintain and update content to align with tool enhancements and organizational changes.

Feedback & Optimization:

Gather and analyze feedback to identify gaps and refine enablement resources.
Leverage data to improve strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
Your Experience & Skills
5+ years of enablement experience, preferably in Global SaaS companies.
Strong understanding of Sales and Customer Success processes.
Expertise in blended learning and microlearning content creation.
Proficiency in tools like Camtasia, Rise, Genially, and HighSpot.
Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English at a native level.
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional design, Education, Business or a related field (an advantage)
Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
