The Role

As the Operations Manager for Spain & Portugal, you will lead Moovit’s efforts to provide the best service and content for our users by ensuring all information about mobility in our coverage areas is accurate and up-to-date, by acting as the voice of Moovit for our users, and by working to develop and engage our Mooviter Community.

You'll assist user growth and brand awareness by executing and maintaining relationships with local transit authorities

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with our partners to understand their needs and ensure their success with Moovit
Build, own, and execute partners' success and engagement plans
Navigate partner organizations to uncover additional product applications and opportunities for partnership
Own the quality of public transit & mobility information by identifying, correcting, and improving local transit data, keeping on top of all transit-related changes and updates in the LATAM markets, and keeping our users and client-facing teams up-to-date
Work closely with the local community to perfect information and increase engagement, lead implementation and execution of various community initiatives
Responsible for user satisfaction ensuring accurate and robust mobility information and troubleshooting of technical issues
Support cross-departmental initiatives in the region
Requirements
Spanish (LATAM), native level (written and spoken) - a must
English full working proficiency - a must
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
Strong customer-facing and presentation skills and the ability to establish credibility with executives
Experience leading business process and systems implementation projects from start to finish
Familiar with transit networks in major cities - cities in either LATAM are a plus
Strong organizational skills, even in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
Independent and able to execute projects with little supervision
Work with a sense of urgency and manage simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment
Ability to learn and implement new skills quickly, experience with technical tools
Extremely high attention to detail
Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
Solution-oriented mindset and a strong drive to deliver
Experience working with Microsoft Office/G Suite, especially Excel/Sheets, Jira

Preferred qualifications:

Client-facing experience, preferably in customer support
Excellent communicator with high-level presentation skills
Public transit and mobility advocate
Experience with Datasets or GTFS
