*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Construction Director to oversee all construction operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a deep understanding of building codes and regulations, and proven leadership skills. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Oversee and manage all construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
* Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial control.
* Lead and mentor site managers, engineers, and construction crews, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
* Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
* Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Implement and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
* Contribute to the strategic planning and business development of the company.

*Qualifications:*

* Extensive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
* Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
* Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
* Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. A professional engineering license or relevant certifications are highly desirable.
