Outbrain’s Global Management Information Systems (MIS) team is seeking an exceptional Senior Salesforce Implementer/Business Analyst to bolster our Salesforce capabilities. This role demands a profound understanding of Salesforce configurations, customization, and integration, coupled with adept collaboration skills across diverse teams and stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing:

In this dynamic role, you will navigate a fast-paced work environment, where your expertise and collaborative prowess drive daily operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Engage closely with business stakeholders to discern requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Process Analysis and Enhancement: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, fostering streamlined workflows and data management.
Effective Communication: Serve as a linchpin between cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa, with a knack for simplifying complex technical concepts.
Salesforce Expertise: Leverage your deep technical acumen to architect, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Lead or contribute to Salesforce-related projects, encompassing upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Technical Proficiency: Apply your proven track record in crafting custom solutions and automation within Salesforce to optimize sales, marketing, and service operations, adeptly tackling intricate technical challenges.
Integration and Data Governance: Design and implement data integration solutions, fostering connectivity between Salesforce and other systems, while upholding data quality and governance standards.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards, furnishing stakeholders with actionable insights for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
User Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring proficient platform utilization and prompt issue resolution.
Documentation and Adherence to Best Practices: Document system configurations, customizations, and processes rigorously, promoting knowledge sharing and alignment with best practices, while staying abreast of Salesforce updates and enhancements.

What You’ll Bring:

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and attributes:

Salesforce Mastery: Minimum 7 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally in professional services or direct customer environments, with comprehensive org administration proficiency.
Advanced Salesforce Skills: Expertise in developing complex Salesforce flows and automation processes, showcasing adeptness in optimizing business workflows and enriching user experiences.
Superior Communication: Excellent communication skills in multicultural settings, facilitating seamless collaboration across global teams.
Deep Knowledge of Sales & Support Processes: Profound understanding of sales and support processes, coupled with comprehensive familiarity with the Salesforce Platform.
Commitment to Documentation and Best Practices: A dedication to meticulous documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes, alongside proactive engagement with Salesforce updates and enhancements.
