Employee Services Representative

We are looking for a self-driven and motivated Employee Services Representative to join us.

Key Responsibilities
Working in shifts to provide frontal services to Check Point IL employees such as: meals, kitchenettes, cellular, deliveries, office supplies, expenses, business cards, etc.
Welcoming vendors and distributors arriving to the office and helping in food ordering and office allocation and meeting rooms.
Offering friendly service to Check Point IL workers, visitors of the building and those calling on phone.
We work in collaboration with peers in order to improve the employee experience of Check Point IL workers.
Leading and initiating projects in the areas of facilities and employee services.
Qualifications
BA in Behavioral Science or other equivalents
Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong service orientation
Excellent English
Independent, innovative and resourceful
Experience in administration in a dynamic environment - an advantage
