By employing cutting-edge technologies, Bluespine is developing an engine that detects errors in medical billing, which causes billions of dollars in losses across the entire industry. Bluespine can offer personalized precision by tailoring assessments to each unique medical claim, considering the relevant provider, payer, and plan, and ensuring unparalleled accuracy.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior R&D professional to lead Bluespine Content Platform.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned R&D expert (in QA, Software Development, or Product/Program Management) eager to grow into a multidisciplinary leading role that combines process management, team leadership, and development.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for creating new content using Bluespine’s proprietary system.
Oversee and support a team of subject matter experts and software developers.
Drive the development of automation tools to enhance the content creation process.
Collaborate closely with other R&D and research teams to implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Five or more years of experience in the product development lifecycle (Software Development, QA, or Product/Program Management).
Proven track record of leading end-to-end execution of projects or programs that drive business impact.
Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Management experience with technical teams.
Practical experience with Python development, SQL, or similar technologies.
