Production Engineer

Lead engineering changes (ECO) from proposal to implementation.
Helps to improve products’ efficacy, reliability, serviceability, manufacturability, and cost.
Authority for production process and documentation. High level understanding (from electronic assembly to product integration).

Roles and Responsibilities:

Creates an efficient manufacturing assembly line, and detailed work instructions.
Provides training and support to in-house production and subcontractor employees.
Provides product and process DFX input to NPI leader to enhance manufacturability and product cost.
Lead engineering changes (ECO) include technical and configuration management responsibility
Designs, qualifies, documents and introduces production solutions and tools.

Requirements:

Qualifications Job Requirements:

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or experienced Practical Engineer.
5+ years of experience with manufacturing processes, including process engineering capability.
Proven knowledge of electronic assembly, testing, inspection processes, and Lean principles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical skills in prototyping, tooling development, and troubleshooting.
Fluency in Hebrew and English.
