Priority Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to join our IT department and play a key role in managing technology projects within our core IT systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Priority (ERP) software and project management, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position reports to Sabon's IT Manager.

Responsibilities /Ares of focus

Lead projects from start to finish, meeting client needs and managing expectations throughout the process.
Meet clients to gather requirements and write clear specifications.
Implement solutions based on these specifications and manage the project lifecycle for timely delivery.
Manage projects of varying sizes from initiation to completion.
Oversee time management, resource allocation, and task prioritization for smooth project progress.
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve successful outcomes.
Define product and testing acceptance criteria.
Provide guidance as a trusted advisor to clients.
Manage a suite of agencies and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Candidate Profile

Expertise in Priority Software is required.
3 years of project management experience, including gathering requirements, process analysis, and implementing solutions is required.
A strong background in logistics or finance is required.
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. Proactive and always focused on the company's objectives.
Strong self-management skills, including time and resource management. You should identify issues before they escalate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Priority's REST API\Web SDK tools is a plus.
Proficiency in English is required.
