A Day in the Life
This position plays a critical role in overseeing, managing, supporting and improving Mfg. Ops activities and processes of the Jerusalem site Mfg. Operations, to ensure best in class performance as well as the financial data integrity and accuracy.

You will lead projects, direct and facilitate problem-solving, and utilize lean manufacturing and multiple digital tools to ensure the accuracy of the data flow within various MDT data and tech systems as well as within cross-functional teams.

You will provide finance and accounting support , including the Ops business activities with contract manufacturers (the external production ).

Reporting to the Jerusalem Mfg. site leader, this role requires extensive cross-functional partnership within the local Ops and Non-Ops functions , such as CMs, SC, OEMs Service, Tech Service, and local Non-Ops FP&A , to implement best practices and support ongoing business and be responsible for the development and continues improvement of processes, models and frameworks that enable to achieve best in class performance and financial Ops data flow reliability and transparency impacting metrics.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Review the Mfg. Ops activities/processes to provide in-depth analysis and guidance to a variety of manufacturing site functions
Collaborate with multiple functions within Ops LT as well as Non-Ops functions (IT, BI, Accounting, R&D ) to enhance data collection processes and systems. Direct the integration of these resources groups towards solving problems and improve processes to achieve performance goals
Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs/dashboard tools for operational data reliability and for complex activities/projects, requiring multiple data sources (Local and global ERP systems with PBI related). Support various strategic initiatives through ad hoc analysis, reporting, and project management efforts to define and optimize the production lines metrics (Routing, EH, LE, DL hours reporting) to build robust education/knowledge over the Ops KPIs and drive operational efficiency
Support finance Ops. activities with CMs (Freight, Scrap, procurement, PPV and other charges, inventory, Capital and prepayments)
Support month- end activities (not supported by COE) - including transactions of CM, Tech Service and OEMs Service
Provide support and calculation for metric management such as, Programmatic Saving, Ops Scheduling and other ideation activities
Review and monitor cost allocations between Ops and Non-Ops departments
Collaborate with COE's to provide and ensure alignment of the financial information

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Strong background related to Mfg. Ops activities and metrics.
Strong affinity with digital systems, Including ERP (SAP, Priority) and BI dashboards.
Ops financial experience of at least 2 years
Have the ability to visualize complex end to end processes and understand the connects between data elements.
Have the ability to develop business partnering skills with cross functional teams.
Have a strong financial and accounting business knowledge , analytical and critical thinking skills
Have a strong interpersonal communication skills
