Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns to optimize results.
Coordinate with creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality marketing solutions.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and leverage insights to enhance campaigns.
Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to clients.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and interpret data.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
