About the Role

As a Motion Designer at Cyera, you'll play a key role in shaping our visual storytelling through motion. You’ll bring the brand to life by blending animation with design fundamentals—typography, color, and composition—to craft compelling and cohesive narratives that reflect Cyera’s identity and values.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, editors, 3D artists, and marketers to create motion content that enhances the product experience, communicates our vision, and engages our audience across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

Develop styleframes and storyboards to establish the creative direction for motion projects
Shape and define the motion aesthetics of Cyera's brand across digital channels
Work closely with designers, editors, 3D artists, and marketers to bring visual concepts to life
Translate abstract ideas into clear, motion-based storytelling
Go beyond animation—focus on narrative, product experience, and visual impact
Stay ahead of motion design trends, exploring new techniques, tools, and technologies, including AI-enhanced workflows
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment—able to adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and collaborate across design, product, and marketing teams.

Requirements:

Who You Are

Must-Haves

3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer with a strong design-first approach
Skilled in typography, color theory, and composition
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including:
After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Familiar with 3D workflows (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) and open to AI-powered tools such as:
Runway, Veo, Suno, Eleven Labs, and Luma Labs
Strong visual sense and aesthetic judgment—you know how to craft high-quality, on-brand visuals
Conceptual thinker—capable of ideating, sketching, and developing motion stories from scratch
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Proactive and self-driven—comfortable leading motion projects from concept through execution

Nice to Have

Experience with interactive motion for web/mobile (e.g., Lottie, WebGL)
Exposure to sound design or voiceover tools
Familiarity with UI/UX motion for product experiences
