What you'll do

Challenging software development tasks, working with the most advanced cloud technologies such as Kubernetes and Golang.
Design and implement new features and functionalities for our products.
Continuously measure and improve the performance of our systems.
Be part of the platform team – develop core infrastructure features for the product.

What you bring

Student of B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent degree, with at least 1 year left before graduation.
Knowledge of Golang or equivalent OOP backend language – a must.
Experience with container technologies (Docker, K8s) – an advantage.
Experience with scripting languages – an advantage.
Familiarity with cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) APIs – an advantage.
Knowledge of Web Technologies – an advantage.
Minimum 2.5 working days per week.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills (agile development working in Scrum methodologies).
Fluent English.

In SAP Central Cloud Services, we aim to provide the best-in-class end-to-end solutions for developers and LOBs creating, extending, and accessing SAP applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). We are building products that will help both internal stakeholders and external customers adopt BTP with the highest technical standards.

SAP Application Frontend is a simple to use, modern solution for hosting and managing frontend applications for SAP external and internal customers. It will be a globally distributed one stop solution for serving frontend applications, competitive with other frontend solutions in the market. This is a key part of the SAP BTP strategy and completes the end-to-end experience we want to deliver in the Israel Technology group.

SAP Business Application Studio is a cloud-based IDE. We are building an IDE that supports multiple runtimes and we aim to optimize the workflow of SAP Developers creating a delightful Development Experience. This is a key part of the SAP Cloud strategy and completes the end-to-end experience we want to deliver in the Israel Technology group.
