Key Responsibilities
Proactively source top candidates for Sales, Pre-Sales, and specialized roles in EMEA.
Collaborate with recruiting teams and hiring managers to align with hiring goals.
Enhance candidate satisfaction with improved follow-up procedures.
Support and optimize recruitment processes within the Talent Acquisition team.
Maintain data integrity in ATS and other systems.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
