כמתאם/ת אספקות ב-MKS כרמיאל, תהיה/י חלק מצוות הרכש ותתמוך במערך הזמנות הרכש.

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה.

אנו ב-MKS מונעים מסקרנות וחדשנות, מעריכים שיתוף פעולה, גיוון והכלה, ומחפשים אנשים שרוצים להיות חלק מצוות שמשנה את העולם הטכנולוגי.

בתפקיד זה תדווח/י למנהלת הרכש ותעבוד/י בצמוד לממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

תיאום הזמנות ואספקות מול ספקים שונים.
קידום משלוחים מספקים ותיאום מול חברות שילוח.
מעקב אחרי מועדי אספקה ועמידה בלוחות זמנים.
עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות שונות בחברה.
טיפול בבעיות ותקלות בזמן אמת.
ניהול ועדכון נתונים במערכת.

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

השכלה תיכונית מלאה (יתרון לבעלי/ות תעודה מקצועית או הכשרה בתחום הלוגיסטיקה).
3+ שנות ניסיון בלוגיסטיקה / תיאום אספקות - יתרון.
שליטה באנגלית ברמה טובה (קריאה וכתיבה).
שליטה ביישומי מחשב.
ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP/Priority - יתרון.
אחריות, מוסר עבודה ויכולת עבודה בצוות.
