You will support our Tel Aviv and New York locations. This is an amazing opportunity for IT pros to extend their knowledge in cybersecurity and be a part of a team that breathes security and innovation!What you will doDeliver exceptional technical support to Vim employees by resolving all IT-related issues, from routine system access to complex infrastructure challenges, with a commitment to service excellenceOversee and maintain Vim's hybrid infrastructure, including cloud-based and on-premises IT systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration for Mac and Windows users.Investigate cybersecurity incidents as a first-tier responder.Build and maintain Vim's "zero-touch" approach and enable a seamless onboarding experience by automating macOS/Windows/Linux provisioning processes.Evaluate, implement, and optimize both existing and new technologies to enhance employee experience while maintaining rigorous security standardsDrive process improvement through automation of recurring workflowsProvide technical support for company events and special operationsDocument and share your knowledge by creating internal articles as well as self-help guides for customers.Who we are looking for5+ Years of demonstrated experience in enterprise IT rolesStrong technical proficiency in:Operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)Network InfrastructureCloud technologiesCentralized management tools (Jamf, Active Directory+GPO)SSO and user provisioning servicesEndpoint security managementExcellent problem-solving abilities and communication skillsExperience managing cross-platform environments (Microsoft and macOS)Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsFlexibility to support global operations, particularly US East Coast business hoursBackground in high-growth technical startups preferredThe ideal candidate will come from a tier-one technical startup with a history of high growth and scale.
