We are looking for a highly experienced Director of Operation Or Director of Manufacturing Operation who embodies ambition and positivity. Main Responsibilities:

· Responsibility of multiple product lines manufacturing operations

· Management of multiple manufacturers for new and running products

o Production planning

o Execution

o Quality

o Commercial

o Products configuration management

o Optimization

· Matrix coordination of supply chain functions: planning, purchasing, logistics

· Leading a small team of 3-5 team members

Key Requirements:

5-10 years in HW operations field
Leadership experience of 5 years and up
Deep knowledge in manufacturing operations
Deep knowledge in HW products supply chain
Knowledge in manufacturing technology and production process & Planning tools
Contract manufacturers management
Profound interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ERP / PLM system- advantage
Education: Preferred: Industrial engineering/Business administration or Mechanical engineering and Electrical engineering
