Marketing Specialist

Reporting to our Head of Performance and working closely with the Senior User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in our Tel Aviv team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage large scale user acquisition campaigns on social platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Employ strong analytical skills to adopt a data-driven approach for campaign optimization.
Demonstrate expertise in funnel conversion and landing page optimization, including initiating and conducting A/B tests.
Showcase creative abilities in optimizing marketing messages and visuals, including banners and videos.
SEO - Developing and executing the strategy to increase organic traffic and conversions
Maintain high attention to detail and excellent communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration
Uphold a growth mindset and think outside the box for innovative solutions.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in managing user acquisition campaigns ($50k+ per month).
Profound knowledge and expertise in social campaigns
Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Proven experience in funnel and landing page optimization.
Exceptional creative skills in marketing message and visual optimization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and execute growth initiatives.
Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.
