Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payroll runs for 10 entities.
Review and validate payroll data, including timekeeping records, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with company policies, as well as Israeli Labor and Employment Law
Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
Monitor, control, and report employee’s monthly attendance data.
Manage payroll systems and software, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Full accountability and responsibility for the payroll accounting (Journal entries, accrual, and reconciliations)
Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
Statuary payroll reporting to Social Security and ITA
Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees, HR, and management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy and efficiency.
Implement best practices and streamline payroll processes.
Develop and document standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Certified payroll controller, BA in finance, or any related field will be an advantage.
5+ years of experience in payroll processing (~500 Emp), with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Deep knowledge of Payroll systems, Hasavim / Hilan will be an advantage.
Digital skills with proficiency in Excel and HR systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Team player with strong service orientation
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, ability to read, speak and write.
