PMO

Mobileye is looking for a hands on professional to join the company's HW Eng. Platform Group PMO team to drive & support the scalable execution and delivery of projects to our automotive customers
What will your job look like:
Define, Implement, promote and enforce the use of standardized PM processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead processes across various stakeholders from different divisions at Mobileye .
Develop metrics, analyze performance, identify gaps, recommend, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Lead and maintain knowledge management, training, and documentation initiatives.
Support cross project planning and execution.
Maintain reports and metrics for management.
Design tooling to improve project management efficiency.
All you need is:
B.Sc/BA analytical or technical degree.
3+ years' experience in similar role in tech companies.
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English & Hebrew.
Strong technical skills
Experience with JIRA
Familiarity with SW & HW development processes, technologies and tools
Understanding of Agile principles and practices - advantage
Self-learning and management ability
Familiarity with Automotive industry standards-advantage
