We are seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join our team and manage the flow of materials from shipment to warehouse, ensuring efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor orders with suppliers in Israel and abroad throughout the supply chain.
Handle import, export, and DROP shipments, including compliance with regulations, licenses, and approvals.
Track shipments with international suppliers and local carriers to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams.
Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong service orientation.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in import/export in an industrial or high-tech company, preferably in electronics or cybersecurity.
Proven experience in international shipping, including sea and air freight, and customs clearance.
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
High-level English proficiency is required.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
