Key Responsibilities:

Manage payment processing activities, including transactions, settlements, and reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve payment anomalies.
Provide excellent support for financial products customers.
Lead the onboarding process for new customers.

Daily Activities:

Assist new customers with compliance documentation and data gathering.
Ensure all transactions are processed without delays.
Address customer queries related to compliance and operations.
