Professional Services Team Leader

Atera is looking for a talented Professional Services Team Leader to join our team and lead the technical customer success efforts. This role involves building and leading a high-performing Professional Services team, overseeing onboarding, creating integrations, software customization, and providing data and dashboard services.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead the Professional Services team.
Oversee all technical aspects of customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Create and manage integrations with customer systems.
Customize software solutions to meet customer needs.
Provide data and dashboard services to help customers gain actionable insights.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through technical expertise and excellent service delivery.
Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and insights that drive product improvements and enhancements.
Define best practices and processes to implement new released features and products.
Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Requirements:

+5 years of Proven leadership experience in technical customer success or professional services.
Experience with REST APIs and webhooks ( create, edit, and debug ).
Knowledge of network architecture, Active Directory, Group Policies, Security Groups, UNC & DFS.
Proficiency in PowerShell, CMD, Bash; Python is a plus.
Scripting and patching skills.
Understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux architectures (emphasis on Windows).
Familiarity with the ITIL Framework for IT service management.
ITIL certification -Advantage.
BI knowledge, including custom SQL expressions.
Experience with data migration (json format).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer facing skills
High skill of managing and leading a team of 6 people
