We are hiring a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an R&D Customer Focus QA Team Lead.

In this role, you will oversee and lead all QA and release activities for our global Customer Focus team, ensuring the seamless integration of Hotfix releases and verification processes. The ideal candidate is hands-on, with a strong background in Java, Selenium, and Linux, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a global QA and automation team across multiple regions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality releases across all company products.
Comprehensive Release Ownership: Oversee the end-to-end hotfix testing and delivery lifecycle for all products, including detailed planning, prioritization, and execution, while continuously improving product quality and operational processes..
Automation Development: Plan and Develop automation code to optimize testing processes, increase coverage, and uphold code quality across the entire companies’ products, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Development, Support, Delivery, and Product teams to align on priorities and actions that address customer needs and drive seamless delivery of product enhancements and Hotfix packages.
Process Optimization: Conduct retrospectives to evaluate performance, identify gaps, and implement actionable improvements, prioritizing customer satisfaction at every stage.
Mentorship and Leadership: Guide, mentor, and train team members across regions to foster professional growth, promote excellence, and ensure consistent quality across the QA processes for all products.
Hands-On Expertise: Directly contribute to testing efforts for all products, including manual testing, enhancing automation code, and leveraging tools to ensure comprehensive and reliable results.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading QA teams, ideally within a global environment.
2+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
Practical expertise with automation tools and frameworks.
Comprehensive understanding of QA processes, best practices and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex decision-making challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Advantages:

Proficiency and hands-on experience with Linux.
Familiarity with API technologies and experience working in cloud environments.
