We partner with teams across the company to improve the profitability, scalability and defensibility of our business model. We’re looking to hire data driven analytical thinkers and strong executors who can model the future, solve complex problems and collaborate effectively to help carry projects from conception through execution.Role backgroundAs a Finance & Strategy Manager, you will serve as a key financial partner shaping Wolt Israel’s long-term direction. In this role, you will combine financial expertise with strategic insight to guide high-impact decisions, optimize resource allocation, and open up new growth opportunities across the business. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to evaluate initiatives, challenge assumptions, and ensure we are investing in the right opportunities at the right time, while influencing how we prioritize and scale new business initiatives.What you’ll be doingYou will function as a key strategic finance partner to the Israel business, guiding cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through sharp analytical insight and strong commercial judgmentYou will be responsible for leading and preparing the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and the 5-year Long-Range Plan (LRP).Support strategic decision-making by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to assess the potential impact on financial outcomes.You will act as a Growth Express: identifying new growth opportunities across verticals, exploring net-new initiatives, and applying strong commercial thinking and deep business understandingMonitor financial performance and business metrics, provide commentary and recommendations, identify key opportunities & risks to the businessAnalyze large sets of data to support decisionsConduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risksDrive and develop Weekly/Monthly business review process and management reporting.Set up and coordinate processes ensuring compliance and strengthening controlLeverage AI & Automation to Increase Impact, Experiment with AI tools and automation to reduce manual work and increase analytical speed.Our humble expectationsBachelor or Masters degree in Business/Economics or related field3-7 years of experience in consulting companies, FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance or Consulting in a leading regional/global company working in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate with cross-functional partners at all levels within an organizationProven success in project management, operational execution and managing budgets for major functional areas within an organizationAdvanced Excel & financial modeling skills.
