Data/Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Data/Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Science & AI group. In this role, you will be a key contributor in analyzing and translating complex datasets into actionable insights within the cybersecurity domain, directly supporting strategic decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, design BI dashboards and reports, and foster a data-driven culture across the company.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field emphasizing statistical and analytical skills.
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst/Business Intelligence Analyst with Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Proven experience with Snowflake
Proven experience in creating BI reports and dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, etc.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Familiarity with AWS cloud computing platform is preferred.
Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with cybersecurity data sources and metrics.
Knowledge in Python is a plus.
Knowledge in Datadog is a plus.
Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and AI concepts is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize strong SQL skills to analyze large and complex datasets.
Identify business processes, trends, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
Design and develop BI reports and dashboards using tools like, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight, etc.
Create data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Act as a subject matter expert in data analysis and BI tools, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
