We have a temporary position with our esteemed organization, providing a stimulating and rewarding role for a duration of nine months, based in our Haifa office.

Key Responsibilities:

Support vendor accounts management process.
Assist with month, quarter, and year closing procedures.
Perform accounting transactions pertaining to vendor payments, costs, financial items, financial housekeeping, settlements, claims and recovery.
Conduct VAT reporting.
Realize fixed assets management.
Provide support to team members.

Who are we looking for:

Financial educational background, Bookkeeper Certified Type 2
Previous experience (at least 2 years) in a similar function
Preferably experienced in working closely with international environment
Know how of SAP ERP system; Amital system
Familiar with operating within procedures, policies, and practices
Effective communication and organizational skills
Keeps cool under pressure and can deal efficiently with ambiguity
Can manage relationship with distance and different cultures
Service oriented, attention to details
Collaborative attitude to foster synergy with various functions and encourage teamwork
Good Excel skills
High-level English (both spoken and written)
