Software Team Manager

*About the Role:*

We're seeking a talented and experienced Software Team Manager to lead our monetization ad ops and product ‘s strategy. The role includes:
* Managing a team and the technology roadmap.
* Helping builds our next-generation, top-of-the-line systems.
* playing a critical role in the technical direction of the company, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
* Ensuring the solution can scale up significantly.
* Responsible for the product development cycle from end-to-end: from ideation, competitive analysis, client’s validations, through discovery with R&D, specs writing to launching, A/B testing and monitoring.
* Collaborate effectively with sales, cs and marketing teams, to obtain requirements and design innovative solutions that meet our strategies.
* Regularly meet clients to learn about their pains and problems. Obtain market insights directly or through customer-facing teams.

*Job Requirements:*
* 5+ years of experience as a Software Team Manager, demonstrating the ability to oversee the delivery of products from start to finish.
* Experience working in Ad-Tech companies and with web, B2B products is a big advantage.
* More than 5 years of hands-on development experience.
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor an engineering team.
* Experience in defining work methodologies.
* Strong analytical skills; able to derive insights from data and adept at solving complex problems.
* Proficiency in programmatic ad ops, including Google Ad Manager, and Monetization Protocols like Prebid.
* Excellent communication skills ability to effectively engage with partners and customers.
* Fluent and proficient in English (verbal and writing).

*Additional Notes:*
* The position requires 5 days a week from the office.
* We are located in Modiin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00₪ - 35,000.00₪ per month
