Senior Instructional Designer

We are in search of a creative, meticulous, and technically Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and developing engaging, high-impact training for NVIDIA's data center networking technologies and solutions.

What You'll Be Doing:

Develop high-quality instructional content, including e-learning courses, interactive simulations, job aids, and videos for technical support personnel.

Design hands-on learning experiences, such as demos, CLI-based simulations, and virtual labs, to improve learner engagement.

Collaborate with subject matter authorities (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and real-world applicability of training materials.

Lead and streamline task workflows, prioritizing tasks and tracking progress to meet deadlines.

Build visually appealing training assets, including animated videos and motion graphics, to improve learner retention.

Apply instructional design standard methodologies to optimize training efficiency, incorporating feedback and assessment results for continuous improvement.

Ensure accessibility and usability of training materials, following standard methodologies and technical requirements.

What We Need to See:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Technologies, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in instructional design, content development, and e-learning production.

Strong visual design skills to build engaging, learner-friendly training experiences.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

Ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into visually intuitive and interactive learning experiences.

Ability to lead multiple projects, collaborate effectively with SMEs, and track task workflows to ensure timely completion.

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:

Technical background in networking, servers, or cloud computing (CCNA certification is a huge advantage).

Strong portfolio showcasing diverse training content, including interactive e-learning modules, animated videos, and CLI-based training.

Video production skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools to build polished, professional training videos.

Experience crafting visually engaging and interactive training experiences for complex technical topics, particularly in networking, AI, or cloud-based technologies.

Experience with AI-powered learning tools, adaptive learning methodologies, or gamification in training is a plus.
