About this role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that support the company’s operational and strategic goals. In this role, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the business to drive execution, improve processes, and ensure successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Reporting to: Operational Country Manager, Israel

These are some of the key components to the position:

Support the translation of strategic goals into actionable project plans and operational initiatives across departments including P&T, CS, Logistics (Delco), and Sales.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.

Help establish and improve scalable processes, workflows, and project management methodologies to support operational efficiency and consistency.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively support mitigation plans when needed.

Build and maintain reporting structures, project trackers, and status updates to provide visibility into project performance and priorities.

Utilize project management tools such as Jira to support planning, prioritization, tracking, and collaboration across teams.

Partner with local and global stakeholders to support key business initiatives and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Facilitate collaboration between teams and help ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and ways of working.

What will you bring to the team?

Proven experience managing cross-functional projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience working with project management tools and methodologies, preferably Jira.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and execution.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and partnership across functions.

A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
