FP&A Specialist

We are looking for a FP&A Specialist to join our Finance team!

Location: Kfar Saba (hybrid model)

Responsibilities:

Preparing and analyzing monthly expense Actual vs. Budget reports and providing actionable insights
Preparing and analyzing forecasts on a monthly basis to ensure accurate financial planning
Creating and delivering periodic financial summaries to senior management
Participating in the annual budget planning process
Participating in the month-end close process
Collaborating closely with multiple financial teams in Israel and internationally, including accounting and bookkeeping departments
Support in creating and maintaining complex financial models using advanced tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration/ Final-year students
Strong team player with a can-do attitude.
Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion.
Efficient and creative problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.
Tech savvy: Practical experience with SQL, Power Query, VBA, BI tools – an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Fluent English (both spoken and written).
