Our fast-growing finance team is growing, and we are looking for a highly motivated Global Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team. Reporting to our Payroll and Bookkeeping Leader, you will be responsible for preparing and supporting the monthly salaries for all employees within the group on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for over 300 employees across multiple countries, collaborating with outsourcing vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Review and control payroll data to ensure accuracy and establish processes for continuous improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee payroll queries across different regions.
Verify and manage employee attendance, generate reports, and provide guidance to employees.
Handle the processing of new employees, promotions, and terminations globally.
Prepare and review monthly payroll recording and reconciliation, including analytical paperwork.
Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements:
Certified Payroll Accountant – a must.
At least 5 years of experience in payroll calculation for more than 100 employees across multiple countries.
Experience in managing payroll and attendance processes within a high-scale growth global organization.
Knowledge of global payroll software systems – an advantage.
Solid working knowledge of payroll, including payroll tax, social insurance, and compliance across different countries.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player.
Proficiency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
