Lab Team Leader

The EPG labs Support Team is a growing and opening a new site in Haifa. The team serves various Mobileye departments in all the company's developments - both ADAS and AV.
The team is involved in assembly and maintenance of systems - from the initial development stage and throughout the life of the systems. We have a frontal laboratories and automation farms. The team is engaged in direct contact with development, integration and testing teams.
We are looking for an experienced team leader for our new site in Haifa, capable of independent lab work, leading a new farm site and managing lab technicians.
What will you job look like?
You will be the main contact point for Haifa new farm site.
You will manage farm operations in the site and coordinate activity with our farm site in Jerusalem.
You will lead the team of lab technicians.
You will work directly with integration and testing teams on construction and troubleshooting in complex systems and transfer them to other support teams if needed.
You will be required to provide a quick and professional solution to problems that arise during the product's life.
All you need is:
At least 3 years of HW or SW lab management experience or similar
At least 5 years of HW or SW lab work
Ability to manage people and operations of the farm site
Ability to read technical documentation and work accordingly
Ability to troubleshot and debug complex computerized systems
Ability to work under pressure on several issues in parallel
Knowledge of Windows and Linux environment
Experience in integration computer systems
Fluent in English
