Join our journey

We're looking for our first Solutions Architect to join our growing team and help shape our architecture and technology strategy from the ground up. As our inaugural Solutions Architect, you'll have a unique opportunity to design and implement technical solutions that drive customer success, product innovation, and business growth.

Responsibilities and Impact

Translate customer and business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions based on our product offering.
Serve as the technical point of contact for our customers, providing proactive support and architectural guidance.
Collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to communicate customer needs and drive product improvements.
Lead the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with our platform’s scalability, security, and performance goals.
Develop and maintain onboarding and support processes, and solution assets.
Design and execute solution strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and platform success.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on SaaS, ERP, or related technologies
Experience working closely with product and R&D teams
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proficiency in technical documentation and solution design
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
High proficiency in Excel
High proficiency in SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience in an early-stage startup environment
Experience with accounting and ERP systems - Major advantage
Experience in a customer-facing role in the fintech industry
Hands-on experience as a financial controller
