Financial Operation Analyst

Pontera is looking for an exceptional Financial Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for working closely with our research and development team to analyze data, gather insights, and connect the dots. This is an ENTRY-LEVEL role (NO prior experience required) and you'll find yourself with a massive opportunity for growth, with support from management and mentors. You'll gain invaluable experience and real-time gratification in a place where your work and your efforts will be instantly seen and felt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct research
Gather and analyze large sets of data
Find patterns and trends in the analyzed data
Work closely with the Research & Development (R&D) team
REQUIREMENTS
Entry-level, no prior experience required
Bachelor's degree- A Must
Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration -A major plus
Excellent English communication skills – A must
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent team player and collaborator
Self-motivated and a self-learner
Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
A "can do" approach
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
