Are you our next Director of Gaming & Content Products?

We are seeking a Director of Gaming & Content Product. This role reflects our commitment to integrating and enhancing our gaming experiences with rich, engaging content. The role will oversee the strategic direction and development of gaming products, content operations, Section 8 Studio (our award-winning in-house gaming studio), and product compliance teams. This position is essential for delivering innovative products, and maintaining compliance across our global operations.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Leadership: Craft and implement a unified strategy for gaming products and content that supports the company’s objectives, enhances customer experience, and drives growth.
Integrated Product and Content Vision: Oversee the development and integration of gaming products with content strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all platforms.
Team Management and Development: Lead diverse teams, including Gaming Products, Content Operations, Section 8 Studio, and Product Compliance. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Content Excellence: Drive the production of high-quality, engaging content through Section 8 Studio and other content initiatives, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all products and content comply with international regulatory requirements and company standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and customer trust.
Market Analysis and Innovation: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product and content development, keeping the company at the forefront of the industry.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of product and content strategies with overall business goals.

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
Over 10 years of experience in senior roles within the gaming, content, or related industries, with a proven track record of successful product and content strategy development and execution.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic and global environment.
Deep understanding of the gaming industry, content production, and the regulatory landscape.
Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to integrate product and content visions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
