Product Manager – Software Development

Job Overview:

Cardo Systems, a global leader in consumer electronics for motorcycle riders, skiers, and off-road drivers, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the software development of Cardo Systems' communicators and mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Full-time position, reports to the VP of Product Management.

Location: Ra'anana, Israel (hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Strategy:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Cardo Systems' software offerings.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.

Roadmap Development:

Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and gather feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate product requirements into actionable development tasks.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements Gathering:

Collect and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market insights.
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.

User Experience Focus:

Champion user-centered design principles to ensure an exceptional user experience across all software products.
Conduct user testing and gather insights to continuously improve product functionality and usability.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze product performance metrics and user engagement to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in software development for mobile applications and communication technologies.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
Experience with mobile application development and technologies (iOS, Android).

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
