Head of Quality Control – SodaStream

כדי להמשיך לעמוד בסטנדרטים הגבוהים שלנו, אנחנו מחפשים Head of Quality Control שייקח/תיקח בעלות מלאה על תחום האיכות בקווי הייצור ויוביל/תוביל צוותים, תהליכים והשפעה אמיתית בשטח.

תיאור משרה:
מה בתפקיד?
הובלה מקצועית של תחום בקרת האיכות בקווי הייצור.
ניהול צוות בקרת איכות רחב (כ-40 עובדים, ישיר ועקיף) – גיוס, חניכה, פיתוח והובלה.
פיקוח על בדיקות איכות בתהליך ובמוצר הסופי, וזיהוי חריגות בזמן אמת.
הובלת תחקירים והטמעת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד (CAPA).
ניתוח מדדי איכות והובלת שיפור ביצועים.
אחריות על שחרור/פסילת מוצרים בהתאם לסטנדרטים מחמירים.
פיתוח, כתיבה והטמעה של נהלי איכות ותהליכים.
ניהול נתוני איכות והפקת דוחות תקופתיים.
ליווי מבדקים פנימיים וחיצוניים ועמידה בתקנים (כגון ISO 9001 ודרישות רגולטוריות בינלאומיות).
עבודה שוטפת מול ייצור, אחזקה והנדסה לשיפור תהליכים ופתרון בעיות מורכבות.
אחריות:
מי מתאים?
תואר אקדמי רלוונטי בתחומי ההנדסה (תעשייה וניהול / ביוטכנולוגיה / כימיה או תחום דומה).
ניסיון ניהולי של שנה לפחות – חובה.
ניסיון קודם במפעל תעשייתי – חובה.
ניסיון קודם בתחום בקרת איכות – חובה.
שליטה באנגלית ברמה גבוהה – חובה.
שליטה ביישומי מחשב ו-Office – חובה.

To continue meeting our high standards, we are looking for a Head of Quality Control to take full ownership of quality across our production lines and lead teams, processes, and real impact on the shop floor.

Responsibilities (English):
What will you do?
Lead the Quality Control function across production lines.
Manage a large QC team (approx. 40 employees, direct and indirect) – recruitment, onboarding, development, and leadership.
Oversee in-process and final product quality inspections, identifying deviations in real time.
Lead investigations and drive continuous improvement processes (CAPA).
Analyze quality KPIs and lead performance improvement initiatives.
Take responsibility for product release/rejection decisions בהתאם to strict quality standards.
Develop and implement quality procedures and processes.
Manage quality data and generate periodic reports.
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with standards (such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory requirements).
Work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Engineering to improve processes and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications (English):
Who are you?
Academic degree in a relevant engineering field (Industrial Engineering & Management / Biotechnology / Chemistry or similar).
At least 1 year of management experience – required.
Previous experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment – required.
Prior experience in Quality Control – required.
High level of English – required.
Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office – required.
