Accompany engagements with customers, business partners and suppliers. Formulating a strategy for action while addressing problems during project execution. Working with senior interfaces in the company. Working with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including re: legal proceedings. Location: Kadima LL.B – Mandatory Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory Experience of 4 years and above as an internal lawyer of a global company – Mandatory Experience in negotiations and contracts drafting - Mandatory English - mother tongue level is Mandatory Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours.
