System Administrator

DESCRIPTION

abra Technologies, a leading company in the field of technology integration, is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join its team of experts. The role involves managing and maintaining hybrid-cloud IT environments, with responsibility for computing architecture, information security, and providing advanced technical support (Tier 3).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain hybrid-cloud IT environments.
Oversee computing architecture and ensure information security.
Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex system issues

REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of experience as a System Administrator in hybrid-cloud IT environments.
Full proficiency in Microsoft 365, including end-to-end management: licensing, user management, and ongoing maintenance.
Knowledge of identity management in Microsoft Entra ID, implementing Conditional Access, and enforcing MFA.
Experience with security solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel.
Full proficiency in Intune, including Compliance and Patch Management.
Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure: managing VMs, VNet components, and RBAC permissions.
Practical experience in managing network switches and configuring FortiGate Firewalls.
Expertise in resolving complex Tier 3 issues and scripting in PowerShell.
High service orientation, reliability, and the ability to learn independently and quickly.
